The old curriculum of the university course for supervision (previous graduate: academic supervisor) has been expanded.

The course for master imparts a professional competence in supervision/coaching for different fields of work.

• Psychosocial services and administrations (“non-profit”-area)
• Economic businesses (“profit”–area)

The master course is based on new developments for improved supervision

• Refers to new research in supervision and imparts research competence
• Is integrated in the European Community of Supervision (ANSE) and is part of a EU Project for developing intercultural competence for supervision/coaching in which the participants of the course participate
