The course for master imparts a professional competence in supervision/coaching for different fields of work.

The master course is based on new developments for improved supervision
- Refers to new research in supervision and imparts research competence
- Is integrated in the European Community of Supervision (ANSE) and is part of a EU Project for developing intercultural competence for supervision/coaching in which the participants of the course participate
