    Die Sommer-Uni "ditact_women’s IT" der Universität Salzburg wendet sich speziell an technisch interessierte Frauen. Sie findet vom 21. August bis 2. September am Unipark Nonntal und an der Fachhochschule Salzburg statt. Infos:
    Die Salzburger Bibelwissenschaftlerin Kristin De Troyer ist die neue Präsidentin der „Europäischen Gesellschaft für theologische Forschung von Frauen“ (ESWTR). Zur Stärkung der feministischen Agenda will De Troyer Theologinnen und Religionswissenschaftlerinnen noch besser miteinander vernetzen.
    Nach dem Erfolg des Vorjahres ging vom 17. – 21. Juli 2017 die PLUS Green Campus Summer School mit TeilnehmerInnen unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen wie Materialwissenschaften, Mathematik, Politik, Biologie und Psychologie in die nächste Runde.
    Das Literaturarchiv Salzburg zeigt von 1. bis 31. August wertvolle Autographen und Dokumente aus der Sammlung Haslinger. Die Eröffnung der Ausstellung findet am 31. Juli mit Lesungen von Alois Brandstetter und Erwin Einzinger statt.
    Mit einer Auftaktveranstaltung in der Kunsthalle wurde vergangene Woche die Münchener Gruppe des Alumni Clubs gegründet. So ist es möglich, auch zu AbsolventInnen, die nicht in Salzburg leben, engeren Kontakt zu halten und ihnen eine gemeinsame Kommunikationsplattform zu bieten.
    Der Kunstbetrieb kommt im Sommer 2017 in Salzburg richtig in Fahrt. Während der Festspiele avanciert die Stadt fünf Wochen lang zur kulturellen Hochburg mit zahlreichen Musik- und Theaterangeboten sowie Ausstellungen.
