She received a DOC fellowship from the Austrian Academy of Sciences for her PhD project "Immune regulation in skin graft rejection" that is conducted in the group of Iris Gratz.

She  joint the ICA PhD program in July 2016 and investigates *novel signal transduction pathways induced by the class-I carcinogen Helicobacter pylori* in the research group of Silja Wessler.

    Markus Ellmer BSc MSc, a university assistant in Human Resource Management, was awarded the Best PhD Paper Award in Milan at the International E-HRM Conference for the PhD paper, written jointly with Astrid Reichel, "An affordance approach to eHRM-based employee voice".
    For the 6th time, the AK Wissenschaftspreis was awarded in Salzburg on 3 December. Honored in the category of "Business and Law" was Thomas Kukla, LLM oec. with his Master's thesis on "HR-Analytics in Business and Data Protection Context with Special Consideration of the General Data Protection Regulation" (Main Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Astrid Reichel, Supervisor: Markus Ellmer MSc).
    Univ.-Prof. Dr. Nicola Hüsing has been honored for her previous scientific work and nominated to the EURASC.
    Dr. Lorenz Aglas, senior scientist of the Working Group Ferreira in the Department of Biosciences, is the winner of the AK-Wissenschaftspreis of the Arbeiterkammer Salzburg.
