9 May: Indispensable Radicalities - unerlässliche Radikalitäten

Lecture by Daniel Tanuro, Agricultural Engineer and Eco-socialist Activist, on Thursday, 9 May at 19:30 at the UniPark Salzburg, as part of the lecture series "Global Challenges - Answers to Climate Change".

To have a 50% chance of not exceeding 1.5°C of global warming, net global CO2 emissions must decrease by 58% between 2020 and 2030, be cancelled in 2050 and then become negative. This objective requires extremely radical ecological measures, which cannot be achieved unless they are accompanied by extremely radical social upheaval.
But how can we move forward?
