17 October: 6TH IMPACT FORUM SALZBURG - ESG REGULATION - IMPACT OF THE EU ACTION PLAN

The Impact Forum Europe is coming to Salzburg for the sixth time with the topic ESG Regulation - Impact of the EU Action Plan.

In einer halbtägigen Expertenkonferenz kommen Spezialisten und Strategen aus verschiedenen Branchen und Bereichen zusammen, um das Thema Sustainability interdisziplinär und praxisnah voranzubringen. Angeführt von Speakernote-Intros erarbeiteten Experten aus Unternehmen, Institutionen und Organisationen in konzentrierten Arbeitsgruppen praxisrelevante Schritte zu mehr Nachhaltigkeit in ihren jeweiligen Wirtschaftszweigen bzw. Tätigkeitsfeldern.

Persönlicher Austausch mit Experten, Vernetzungsmöglichkeiten und ein anregendes Rahmenprogramm mit Buffet laden zum Verweilen bis in die Abendstunden ein.

Die Teilnehmerzahl ist in diesem Jahr erstmalig auf nur noch 70 Personen beschränkt.

    On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, the China Centre will hold a festival on 25 October, 2019, featuring Chinese dance, traditional Chinese acrobatics and music. The China Centre looks back on 20 years, during which it promoted exchanges between Austria and China, as well as through summer exchange programs in both Europe and China. All interested are cordially invited to attend. Free entry.
    Salzburg communication scientist, Christine Lohmeier, investigates how family conflicts are shifting through digital media. In addition, Lohmeier was recently appointed as a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts.
    At the 122nd Annual Meeting in Paderborn, the Salzburg educational scientist, Sabine Seichter, was elected to the board of the interdisciplinary and international Görres-Gesellschaft.
    "The Paris-Lodron-University Salzburg sincerely congratulates its honorary doctor, Peter Handke, on the award of the Nobel Prize for Literature 2019", emphasizes Rector Hendrik Lehnert.
