Best International Symposium Award for Symposium with Contribution from Astrid Reichel

The paper "The disabling effect of social policies on organizational career management" by Astrid Reichel (Professor for Human Resource Management at PLUS) et al. was awarded the Emerald Best International Symposium Award at the 2019 Academy of Management Meeting, which is the largest and most important management conference in the world, with over 10,000 participants.
