About M

I've studied in Salzburg and Vienna on philosophy, biology and also film, theater and media sciences and graduated in 2008 with a thesis on the dialectical philosophy of nature. Since January 2013, I am employed as a Senior Scientist at the Centre for Ethics and Poverty Research (ZEA) and before that I was a research fellow at the ifz, the international research center for social and ethical issues from 2009-2012.

Together with Gunter Graf, I also supervise the Salzburg Contributions to Social Ethics, the joint Working Paper Series of the ZEA and the ifz. I am also one of the founding editors of theZeitschrift für Praktische Philosophie, the first fully open access scholarly journal in practical philosophy in the German-speaking world.
